Partners earn 10% of the net amount Hotly receives (after store fees, taxes and refunds are excluded) for every paid subscription period and credit pack purchased by an attributed user, for 12 months from that user's install. Hotly may set a different rate for individual partners in writing.
Attribution is determined solely by Adjust, using the partner's personal tracking link. Installs and payments that Adjust does not attribute to the partner's link do not earn commission. Attribution is last-click and device-based; Hotly cannot manually re-attribute users.
Earnings are credited as pending and become available 30 days later. Refunded, charged-back or revoked payments reverse the corresponding earning, even after it became available; balances never go below zero.
Partners may request a payout once their available balance reaches $50.00. Payouts are made by bank transfer (IBAN), PayPal or Stripe Connect, are processed manually once a month, and require the partner's payout details to be complete and correct. One payout request may be open at a time. Partners are responsible for any taxes on their earnings.
Self-referrals, incentivized or paid-for installs, bot or emulator traffic, misleading claims about Hotly, trademark bidding on Hotly's brand terms, spam, and any content that violates the app stores' or Hotly's policies are prohibited and forfeit all pending earnings.
Hotly may approve, decline, suspend or terminate any partner account at its discretion, including for suspected fraud. Suspended accounts stop accruing earnings; available balances legitimately earned before suspension remain payable unless fraud is found.
Hotly may change the commission rate, holding period, minimum payout or these terms with 30 days' notice on this page. Continued use of the program after that date constitutes acceptance.
